The texts on this page are high-level drafts and require legal review before their final publication. They do not form a binding agreement until the legal team approves and publishes the final version.
Section 01
Terms
Draft — requires legal review before publicationThe ground rules for using GANA: what you can do, what we expect from you and our commitments to you.
- Purpose of the service and acceptance
- GANA is a cloud CRM for companies and teams to manage contacts, opportunities and sales follow-up in their own workspace, isolated per organization. By creating an account and using GANA you accept these terms; if you act on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to them.
- Your account and your responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data, for the information you upload and for keeping your credentials secure. Anything done from your account is deemed done by you or your organization. If you detect unauthorized use, let us know through the contact channel published on this site.
- Acceptable use and suspension
- You agree to use GANA lawfully: without infringing the rights of others, without uploading illegal or harmful content, and without attempting to compromise the security or operation of the platform. We may temporarily or permanently suspend accounts engaged in abuse, with prior notice where reasonable.
- Your data belongs to you
- You retain ownership of the data your organization uploads to GANA: contacts, opportunities, notes and other CRM content. GANA processes it solely to provide the service and does not use it for unrelated purposes.
- Availability and changes to the service
- GANA is provided "as is" and as available. We work to keep the service stable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a total absence of errors. The product evolves: we may add, modify or remove features, and we will try to give you reasonable advance notice if a change materially affects your use.
- Plans and payments
- At the current stage, the plans and prices shown on the site are informational and billing is not yet active. The terms for contracting, charging, renewal and cancellation will be published on this page when billing is activated and will apply from that moment on.
- Termination and data export
- You can stop using GANA whenever you want. When closing your account, you may request an export of your organization's data in a commonly used format before it is deleted.
- Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GANA will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that the law does not allow to be limited.
Section 02
Privacy
Draft — requires legal review before publicationWhat data we collect, what we use it for and the rights you have over your information.
- Controller and contact
- The processing of personal data associated with GANA is handled by the platform operator. For any privacy matter you can use the contact channel published on this site. The controller's full legal identification will be included in the final version of this policy.
- Data we collect
- We collect your account data (such as name and email), the content your organization uploads to its CRM workspace (contacts, opportunities, notes) and basic technical telemetry about use of the service.
- What we use it for
- We use this data to provide and maintain the service, support you, protect the security of the platform and improve the product. We do not sell your data, or your contacts' data, to third parties.
- Isolation between companies
- Each GANA workspace is isolated: your organization's data is not mixed with, or visible to, other customers. The separation is enforced at the database level, not just on screen.
- Providers that help us
- To operate GANA we rely on infrastructure and analytics providers that process data on our behalf and only to provide the service. We require appropriate security and confidentiality measures from them.
- Your rights
- You can request access to, rectification of or deletion of your personal data, as well as its portability where applicable, through the contact channel published on this site. We will handle each request within a reasonable time.
- Retention
- We keep data while your account is active and for the time needed to wind down the relationship in an orderly way. Afterwards we delete or anonymize it, unless we must keep it due to a legal obligation.
Section 04
Accessibility
Draft — requires legal review before publicationOur commitment to making GANA usable by as many people as possible.
- Our commitment
- We want GANA to be easy to use for everyone. We work to move closer to the WCAG 2.1 level AA accessibility guidelines on contrast, keyboard navigation and semantics.
- Current status
- GANA is under active development and we have not yet completed a formal conformance audit. While we keep improving, some areas may present barriers; we review accessibility continuously with each iteration.
- Practices we apply
- We apply practices such as semantic HTML, visible focus, keyboard navigation, reviewed color contrast and respect for the system's reduced-motion preference.
- Found a barrier?
- If something stops you from using GANA comfortably, we want to know so we can fix it. Write to us through the contact channel published on this site, indicating the page and the problem you found.
